Summer Reading Assignments Grades 9th-12th
2023-2024 Upper School Summer Reading Assignment
Over the course of the summer, students must read one book from the grade appropriate list provided below. There will be a test during the first week of school along with an in class essay. This in class essay will allow for an early look at the student’s writing as well as determine the depth of knowledge from the required reading. Students will complete a Major Works Data Sheet on the book to be turned in on the first day of school. It is included below. There will be absolutely no extensions granted for students enrolled prior to July 31st.
